Great hotel for a budget price. We visited and stayed at this hotel 2 years ago thru the Shell vacations side and it was great. We didn’t realize this was a different company when we booked on line.
We checked in and our room was pretty unacceptable. There were crumbs everywhere, a empty bag of food in the closet, our upstairs TV didn’t work, the pull out sofa bed was really bad and the blankets were stained.
WE told the front desk and they said they could move us in a day, so we waited. They moved us to the 5th floor which had higher ceilings and much cleaner. We booked the loft with queen bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. It works for our family. We appreciate having 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen to make a quick breakfast or dinner and save a few bucks. They do have an amazing restaurant in the lobby and pool and little cardio fitness room. Coined operated laundry on the 3rd floor, bring your own detergent.
Overall we enjoy this place, its not high end but it suits families well and is a great location. I would recommend this place for families and groups.
