Stayed for one night on first visit to Whistler. Arrived at lunchtime after 2 hour bus ride (Epic Rides, easy to book online C$35 return) from downtown Vancouver. Too early to check in so dropped bags off and went for one hour stroll to Lost Lake.
Hotel is well located on edge of Whistler centre, opposite Whistler Museum and next to the public library. Easy walk to most parts of Whistler village but far enough away from the busiest streets.
Found good discounted price via Skoosh.com. Booked many months in advance, I chose a Deluxe Studio room which had an in-room Jacuzzi that we enjoyed. Didn’t use the mini-kitchen but it looked well-equipped. Room was spacious, very clean and modern so not sure why some reviews said the place was old-fashioned, maybe my room had been renovated?
Minor point: no shower gel or shampoo provided in room but this was promptly rectified when raised to front desk staff.
Overall, really enjoyed my stay and would recommend especially if you can find a good deal.
