My family of four with two younger kids stayed for a week in the middle of March. The hotel was wonderful. Staff was very accommodating and and helpful.
The location is very great – directly across from one end of Whistler Village. The grocery store is right across the street. Everything else is easily walkable.
Convenient shuttle (with very nice drivers) to Whistler base. My only comment with the shuttle was that it should be open longer. Apparently during the winter (when the lifts close at 2:30), the last 430 shuttle is fine. After daylight savings time (when lifts close at 4), I feel the shuttle should stay running for an extra until at least 530–6.
They have a coffee/hot cocoa machine running regularly in the front lobby – which is awesome. They even had a complimentary beer station one afternoon which was a pleasant surprise.
The hot tub and pool are very clean and perfect temperature to enjoy apres skiing.
We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Room was very nice with modern appliances and decor. Could use a little minor touch up, but all in all, very nice. King bed was comfortable and clean. My two kids stayed on the pullout couch.
